About Shipping
[Regarding shipping and delivery dates]
*We receive inquiries about detailed shipping status, but please understand that we cannot control the situation after the item has been shipped. We ask that you refrain from making such inquiries.
All products are shipped from overseas. After payment is completed, your order will be shipped within 7 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) . Some products, such as pre-order items, may take longer to be delivered. In that case, please check the product details for the number of days required for delivery.
*The above is a guideline, and delivery may be delayed if defects are found during inspection, if the supplier is delayed in shipping, or if we are inundated with orders. Delivery may take longer than usual due to the supplier's long holidays or New Year's holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
*The tracking number will be available as soon as the product is entrusted by the airline to the delivery company, and tracking will be available approximately 5 to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after the shipping completion notification.
[Delivery within 10 days] Products will be shipped within 7 business days after your order is completed or your payment is confirmed, but in other cases, the delivery time will vary depending on the product.
*If you purchase two or more items at the same time, the items will be shipped together with the item that is shipped later. If you have only ordered [Delivery within 10 days] and have not received a shipping completion email for the item even though more than 7 business days have passed since the completion of your order or confirmation of your payment, please let us know by using the inquiry form.

Please rest assured that all import taxes and customs duties are included in the product price. Shipping costs vary depending on the product you purchase. The amount will be displayed at the time of purchase, so please check it. Please rest assured that in the unlikely event that you are charged customs duties, we will cover them.
[About redelivery]
Please note that if the product you purchased is returned to our warehouse due to your circumstances (if the address entered at the time of purchase was incorrect, if the address has changed due to moving, if the recipient is absent, etc.), you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery. *Delivery will be made by cash on delivery or advance payment. On average, the re-delivery fee is around 2,000 yen.
[About returning products]
Regarding product returns, we do not accept returns or exchanges (color, size, etc.) due to customer convenience. We will only accept returns or exchanges for the same product if the product you received is defective or different from what you ordered. If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will promptly proceed with the refund process. * Please note that we will not be able to accept returns if you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
[About canceling or changing your order]
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders (including color or size) after the order has been shipped.
