Q: When will my item arrive?
Since we have warehouses overseas, it will take approximately 7 to 20 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after we confirm your payment.
*The above is a guideline, and may be delayed if defects are found during inspection, the supplier is delayed in shipping, or there is a flood of orders. Delivery may take longer than usual due to the supplier's long holidays or New Year's holidays. Thank you for your understanding. *The tracking number is available when the product is entrusted to the delivery company by the airline, and it will take 5 to 7 business days from the shipping completion notification. Tracking will be available in about 12 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
1) Once your order has been placed, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email.
2) When your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping completion email with a tracking number.
Q. I want to cancel my order.
Due to system limitations, we are generally unable to accept cancellations due to customer reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. I forgot to enter the coupon code. Can I apply it later?
Due to system limitations, coupon codes cannot be applied to orders after payment has been completed.
Q. I want to change my payment method.
Please note that you cannot change the payment method after payment has been completed.
Q: My item hasn't arrived yet.
[Delivery within 10 days] Products will be shipped within 7 business days after your order is completed or your payment is confirmed, but in other cases, the delivery time will vary depending on the product.
*If you purchase two or more items at the same time, they will be shipped together with the latest shipped item.
If you have only ordered [Delivery within 10 days] but have not received a shipping completion email within 7 business days after completing your order or confirming your payment, please let us know using the inquiry form.
